Jigs and Fixtures

Midas Pattern Company manufactures pipe checking fixtures for the automotive industry. Using either 2D drawings or pipe co-ordinate data we design and precisely machine fixtures within our CADCAM and CNC environment. Final assembly and finishing is carried out by our skilled craft patternmakers.

Generally we create a 3D CAD model from your supplied data and then CNC machine the fixture from Polyurethane or Epoxy tooling board. Steel, aluminium and brass components can easily be incorporated.

All fixtures are produced to tight manufacturinh tolerances and will be fully inspected before release. 

CAD data can be released for approval prior to manufacture if required.
