Midas MRIM™ is the name we give to our unique composite resin tooling system. The most complex of mould tools can be made, in the shortest of lead-times, using a blend of laminated and cast resins which incorporate areas of CNC machined aluminum and steel. These high quality tools are not only cost effective but they are guaranteed for the life of your product.
Return to Midas MouldingMRIM™ tooling is used within our 20,000sq ft moulding plant to produce the highest quality polyurethane mouldings. We are happy to produce anything from 1 moulding up to 2,500 parts per annum. Every stage of the process from moulding to painting, screen printing, assembly and inspection is carried out under one roof. Our process is tightly controlled and quality assured to ISO9001:2000 (Accreditation by BSI)
