Midas specialise in the manufacture of solid cast polyurethane mouldings made from high quality, low cost composite resin injection mould tools. Our primary tooling systems, MRIM™ FASTRIM™ & FLEXrim™ have been developed solely for use at Midas and have been significant in our drive to become UK market leader in low volume polyurethane moulding.
Significant investment in our dedicated 20,000 sq ft moulding factory ensures that we can produce the best mouldings in the shortest possible lead-times.
Using this rapidly manufactured, precision tooling we can now produce the finest examples of painted, screen printed and assembled polyurethane mouldings. Our process is focused on total quality in low volumes; therefore we are happy to make 1 moulding per year or 40 mouldings per week from 1 mould tool.
We carry out all processes in house from toolmaking through to painting, silk screening and assembly. This ensures that we have total control on both quality and delivery. Our QMS is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and audited by BSI
