Working directly from customer supplied 3D CAD data or from CAD data that we have created in-house, we design the tooling surfaces that are necessary to produce all the products within our portfolio of processes.

We utilise CAD and CAM software systems that integrate perfectly with our range of CNC Machining Centres and are happy to receive data in all the usual forms of file translations - IGES, STEP, X_T etc. File transfers are possible via standard email routes or via FTP when file sizes make it restrictive – please contact us for more details.

The expertise and skill flexibility within our CADCAM team ensures machine tool paths are  produced to ensure accuracy and efficiency with a high level of surface finish.
