Midas engineers use 3D CAD data to design tooling and then produce master pattern equipment using CNC technology which can then be finished by our traditional patternmakers. We source the highest quality aluminium castings ensuring that they are straight and porosity free – a fundamental issue to producing a top quality rotational mould tool. All phases throughout tool manufacture are carried out in-house by highly skilled patternmakers and toolmakers enabling Midas to guarantee supply of the highest quality tooling at very competitive prices.
