Generally we create a 3D CAD model from your supplied data and then CNC machine the fixture from Hardwood, Polyurethane or Epoxy tooling board. All fixtures are produced to the highest standard and will be fully inspected before release.

All jig and fixture design is carried out to your own specification and we are happy to release CAD data for your approval prior to commencing manufacture.

Typically we manufacture jigs for the automotive section but the manufacturing principles can easily apply to the needs of other industries.
