Working directly from your 3D cad data our CAE department will design a FASTrim™ mould tool within just a few hours. Utilising CADCAM and multiple CNC machining centres we then machine a soft mould tool – again within just a few hours. Finally our traditional patternmakers hand finish the tools to give an exceptional standard of finish and a feel of real quality. Tooling is then passed onto our moulding plant for rapid processing.

FASTrim™ tools are used within our production moulding facility which guarantees that we use exactly the same materials that we use in our production moulding process, this means that FASTrim™ parts are ready for testing, validation, design sign off and of course - for sale.
