Bonnet Moulding

Moulded Casework

Our customer’s production volumes were going to potentially be in the thousands and Injection moulding was their preferred production route. However in order to validate their design and enable them to build 5 structural working prototypes Midas laid down a suite of 4 FASTrim™ tools.

Cab Console Moulding

Our customer had committed to Midas MRIM™ tooling as a production manufacturing process but wanted to validate the bond strength of a post moulding assembly aspect. We used FASTrim™ to make 2 localised areas of the finished product and bonded them as they would be in production.
