Part of a 3 part set that was made to validate 3D data before manufacturing MRIM™ production tooling

The product was to be used by jewellers of distinction and therefore had to exude total quality.  This model making phase was used to illustrate that this was totally possible.

All 3 models were CNC machined into a dense tooling board that was easy to prepare and finish to a very high standard. The models were painted in a Nextel suede paint finish before being fully assembled prior to shipment.

The project was a success and in all 650 production units were made by Midas.
