Bonnet Moulding

JCB Ltd called Midas and asked for help as they needed to manufacture 2 fully finished and painted (2 colours) bonnets in the shortest time possible.

Within 10 working days Midas had cut prototype FASTrim™ tooling and delivered 2 off fully finished and painted mouldings, thus ensuring final build deadlines were kept.

The moulding has fully ribbed and bossed ‘B’ surface detail. Careful masking ensures the embossed logo and ‘B’ surface are painted to the highest quality. The ‘A’ surface is painted to class A standard in 2 pack PU Gloss paint.
